Product Description

2.The mounting surface and straight port of the chuck seat are finely ground.
The clamping process is performed at a time, and then the inner cone is ground according to the straight port and the end surface.
The vertical accuracy and concentric accuracy are about 5μ, and the overall quenching hardness is about 45 degrees.
3.Because it is straight-mouthed, the inner cone should be measured for alignment (usually 5 micrometers) before use, and then the chuck can be installed to ensure accuracy!
The overall accuracy is also closely related to the accuracy of the collet!
It is recommended to choose a high-precision collet.
4.The chuck base is generally used on grinders with packing, lathes with little stress, machining centers and other machinery and equipment.
As four-axis and five-axis fixtures, some customers are also used for modification. The effect depends on their own modification.
5.The chuck base only contains: a base + nut.
Collet and wrench are not included, collet and wrench need to be purchased separately!
(Because ER series chucks have many specifications, some specifications are not necessarily used, so they are sold separately.)
